Mission Statement  

The B.U.I.L.D. of Buffalo Organization seeks to address the lack of direction and unity in Buffalo’s Black Community and other Ethnic Communities around the Western New York area.

The Organization seeks to provide a forum for community leaders, activists and concerned individuals, through which community wide consensus can be achieved around what we can and must do together as a community of African American people.

The Mission of the B.U.I.L.D. of Buffalo Inc. in Buffalo, NY is the empowerment and self-determination of the black community and other communities through a unified collective struggle against the systematic problems that tear our community apart.

Organization Profile 

In essence, B.U.I.L.D. of Buffalo, Inc. will be a 501(c) 3 corporation that is on the leading edge of educating and training Black and other minority communities in the Western Region of New York on the need to participate vigorously in this great capitalistic society known as America. We are S.A.M. (System for Award Management) certified.  

African Americans represent an annual spending base of over $ 1.1 Trillion Dollars. B.U.I.L.D. of Buffalo realizes that if Minority Owned Businesses are to obtain "Economic Empowerment" Then we must harness much of the power of these dollars and provide unique opportunities for corporations and African American businesses to partner in creating greater opportunity for all people.
